Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our island-wide team in Singapore.

Based at Hougang with rotating 5-day weeks, you will ensure the safety of children, plan and implement engaging activities, and work with parents to support each child’s learning and development. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and ECDA certification (EY1/EY2/L1/L2).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Care & Education.
• ECDA certification EY1/EY2/L1/L2 required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Plan and implement programs for children.
• Engage children with activities to enhance their learning experience.
• Observe, assess and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Establish relationships and communication with parents.
• Attend to children's basic care giving needs, such as showering, feeding, and diaper changing.
• Enforce all administration policies and policies governing children.
• Prepare materials and classrooms for activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of preschool programs.

• FECCE / HCIC / ACEY / DECCE (Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education)
