Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or ECDA-recognised qualification with L2.
• Experience in Early Childhood preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging lessons based on curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.
• Provide routine care while ensuring children's safety and wellbeing.
• Attend to parents' inquiries and build positive relationships.
• Support classroom administration and daily operations.
• Float across age groups to support teaching needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.

Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Preschool operating hours)

Job Scope

Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education and above or other ECDA-recognised early childhood qualificationswith L2

• Prior experience in the Early Childhood sector is preferred.

• Passionate about working with young children.

• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
