Job summary

RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is seeking an RF design and applications engineer for a manufacturing group serving electronics and technology customers. You will support design, characterization, and qualification of RF/microwave components and sub‑assemblies.

You will perform RF simulations with ADS, HFSS, or Microwave Office, collaborate with customers on requirements and test plans, and work with process and test teams to resolve RF issues during NPI and production ramp‑up.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with RF specialization
• Minimum 3-5 years of RF design or applications engineering experience
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Microwave Office, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of RF component design principles (amplifiers, filters, passives)
• Strong communication skills for direct customer/technical interface

Responsibilities

• Support design, characterization, and qualification of RF/microwave components and sub-assemblies (amplifiers, filters, switches, and related modules)
• Perform RF simulation and modeling (e.g. using ADS, HFSS, or similar tools) to support new product design and design-for-manufacture reviews

• Work with process and test engineering teams to resolve RF performance issues during NPI and production ramp-up
• Prepare technical documentation, datasheets, and customer-facing engineering reports
• Stay current on RF/microwave technology trends relevant to connectivity applications
