Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a QA Inspector to conduct incoming inspections on explosive components and other materials, collect samples for testing, and operate QA measuring instruments.

You will maintain gauges and inspection tools, ensure accurate records, handle packing and material movement, and follow stringent safety and EHS standards. Training is available for those with less experience, and you will support the Supervisor with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Good understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Able to handle gauges, precision measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
• Good knowledge of QC/QA practices and experience using measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections on explosive components and other incoming materials.
• Collect samples for inspection and testing.
• Operate and maintain QA measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Clean and maintain QA gauges, tools, and fixtures.
• Assist with the packing and return of ammunition components to the plant.
• Handle, pack, and palletize parts, boxes, pallets, and related materials.
• Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and EHS regulations.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
• Perform other general administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
