Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is looking for a technically minded and operationally driven professional to join our Business Development team. You’ll help bring world-class travelling exhibitions to life and ensure exceptional visitor experiences.

You will manage end-to-end exhibition setup, coordinate with partners, oversee on-site installation, and lead local handlers when deployments require overseas travel. The role also covers event coordination for MICE bookings and project support for our

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in exhibitions, events, or technical operations.
• Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end setup of travelling exhibitions.
• Coordinate logistics with partners and vendors to ensure timely installations.
• Lead on-site operations and guide local handlers during overseas deployments.
• Coordinate MICE events from planning to pack-down and ensure client satisfaction.
