Koncept Image Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Exhibition Project Sales Executive to identify opportunities, meet clients, present concepts, and close deals for exhibition booths, pavilions, and events.

You will coordinate with designers and production teams, maintain the sales pipeline, and build long-term partnerships with exhibitors and event organizers, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; exhibitions/events experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales interest are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify and develop new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Client Consultation: meet clients, advise on concepts, prepare briefs and present quotations; negotiate and close sales.
• Project Coordination: act as primary contact, coordinate timelines with design/production teams and suppliers.
• Customer Relationship Management: build long-term partnerships and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions and industry networking events to generate new leads.

Client Consultation

• Meet clients to understand their exhibition objectives, branding requirements, and project budgets.
• Provide professional advice on exhibition concepts, booth layouts, materials, and project solutions.
• Prepare creative project briefs for the design team.
• Present design concepts and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.

Project Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure client expectations are met.
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress to clients.
• Support clients before, during, and after each exhibition to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with exhibitors and event organizers.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience. Experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Possess good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
