A leading exhibition solutions firm in Singapore is seeking an Exhibition & Events Sales Professional to drive new business and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, possess strong project management skills, and have 1–2 years of relevant experience. You'll benefit from a supportive team culture and a competitive commission structure with no cap, working on exciting local and regional projects.
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Exhibition & Events Sales Professional to join our team. If you have a strong passion for the events industry, enjoy building client relationships, and excel at identifying opportunities within the MICE sector, this role is for you. We specialise in custom-designed exhibition booths and event solutions, and we need someone who can confidently bring in new business and grow key accounts.
• New Business Development (Exhibition & Events)
Actively prospect, engage, and secure new clients who require custom booths, event setups, brand activations, and exhibition solutions.
• Solution Selling
Understand client needs and propose creative, practical, and impactful exhibition booth design and event solutions in collaboration with our design and project teams.
• Project & Account Management
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution—from brief to design to fabrication to on-site installation—while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Client Relationship Building
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for repeat projects, upselling, and cross-selling.
Strong drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Pleasant, client-focused personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong project management abilities—able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage administrative aspects of sales.
Positive attitude, common sense, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
1–2 years of experience in Exhibition, Events, MICE, or related industries (preferred).
Knowledge of custom booth fabrication processes (materials, timelines, budgeting).
Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to manage vendors and partners.
