Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Exercise Specialist to lead rehab sessions for clients with musculoskeletal concerns.

You will design and deliver exercise plans, guide movements, and support clients through their rehab journey with expert feedback. You will establish rapport with case leads, coordinate referrals, and participate in an in-house training program. A Sports Science degree or PT certificate (ACE/ACSM) is preferred, with focus on posture, injury prevention, and

• Able to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Sports Science Degree/Diploma; PT cert (ACE/ACSM).
• Undergoing and passing in-house training within two attempts.

As a Exercise Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Establishing rapport with case leads to get referrals
• Planning exercises and sessions in consult with case leads
• Guiding the clients through strength and movement training to restore their joint and muscular functions.
• Providing guidance on posture, injury prevention and lifestyle habits.
• Ensuring clients complete their rehab journey
• Timely updates on client's progress

Requirements:

• Passion in working with clients in a musculoskeletal (MSK) setting and helping them maximise their rehab potential
• Proactive in learning and applying skills to help clients get better
• Comfortable and adept at building rapport with a range of clients
• Sports Science Degree/Diploma; and/or certificate in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM)
• Undergoing and passing our in-house training programme within two tries
