A leading aerospace company located in Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Spare Parts Project Management to handle the execution of multi-million-euro project supply contracts. The successful candidate will manage spare parts orders, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with export control regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of SAP. The Executive/Senior Executive, Spare Parts Project plays a critical role in supporting the rapid growth of our Defence/Military aftermarket business in Asia‑Pacific. You will manage end‑to‑end spare parts execution for multi‑million‑euro project supply contracts, ensuring orders are processed, delivered, and closed efficiently and accurately. This role directly impacts our ability to convert orders into revenue, maintain customer satisfaction, and safeguard >EUR 5–10 million in projected aftersales business. You will serve as the key interface across Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Export Control, GTS/Compliance, Planning, Finance, and external distributors to ensure all operational, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
