Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Security Executive to join a dynamic team responsible for developing, implementing and managing security policies across physical, personnel, document and information domains. You will safeguard the company’s business-security interests.

You will work with MINDEF MSD and the Singapore Police Force to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and support crisis management planning, while strengthening risk controls and security governance.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate security governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and security policies from MINDEF MSD and Airport Police Directives.
• Prior experience in physical security is essential.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies, procedures and controls to ensure MSD regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with MINDEF MSD and Singapore Police Force to implement security standards.
• Manage physical, personnel, document and information security risk and ISM adherence.
• Review and refine corporate security policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Conduct audits and inspections for MSD ISM compliance.
• Support crisis management plan currency and reviews.

Job description

As a Security Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing, implementing and managing physical, personnel, document and information security policies and procedures to safeguard the companys business-security interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head, Security in developing policies, procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable Military Security Department (MSD) regulatory, legal and audit requirements.
• Management of security related issues and incidents within the organization and collaborating with key stakeholders (MINDEF MSD and Singapore Police Force) on implementation of security standards and policies.
• Assist Head, Security in developing and managing of physical, personnel, document and information security risk including development, evaluation, and adherence to MSDs ISM requirements.
• Assist Head, Security in reviewing, and refining corporate security policies, standards, and procedures to identify control points that would assist in better mitigating risk.
• Conduct physical/ document/ information security audits and inspections on offices or facilities to ensure compliance to MSDs ISM requirements.
• Assist Head, Security in the review and currency of crisis management plan.
