Coalition Greenwich is seeking a relationship‑driven professional in Singapore to engage senior executives across financial institutions and corporates in Asia. You will help gather market insights through interviews and surveys, collaborating with the VP of Asia Fielding and research teams.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with consultants, and support outreach to boost executive participation in research programs while maintaining high data quality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional investing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior executives confidently.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience conducting interviews, research, client-facing work, or relationship management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or freelancers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with senior buy-side and corporate decision-makers across Asia.
• Lead research and insight gathering through interviews and structured discussions.
• Drive project execution by coordinating with consultants, researchers, and client initiatives.
