Land Transport Authority of Singapore is seeking a lead professional to manage power supply contractors on major transit projects, with a preference for underground MRT experience. You will oversee safety, quality and progress of contractor works and support cashflow planning and variation/claim assessment under the Senior Project Manager.

You will liaise with project teams, designers, architects and the Railway Operator to ensure smooth integration of power systems.

• Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate power supply contractors for transit projects, with a focus on underground MRT works.
• Ensure safety, quality, and progress of contractor works.
• Assist Senior Project Manager in cashflow planning and handling variations/payments/claims.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, designers and architects to align power supply to the transit systems.
• Coordinate with the Railway Operator to review feedback and address issues.

You will play a lead role in managing power supply contractors in constructing transit projects and preferably have experience in underground MRT stations. You will be responsible for the safety, quality and progress of the contractors’ works. You will also assist the Senior Project Manager in planning and managing the cashflows of the various contracts as well as in issuing instructions and assessing variations/payments/claims.

During the course of your work, you will be expected to liaise with various parties such as project teams, contractors, designers and architects to ensure that the power supply to the transit systems is well co-ordinated. You will also liaise with the appointed Railway Operator in reviewing and addressing their feedback appropriately.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical and mechanical works
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented
