Job summary

Leru Partners in Singapore seeks an Executive Director Program Manager to take single-point accountability for a flagship data center deployment, spanning site selection, lease structuring, engineering oversight, and zero-downtime cutover.

You will drive the master execution strategy, govern multi-million-dollar budgets, and oversee delivery of high-density facilities with Tier III/IV standards while coordinating with legal and procurement on RFIs and site acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of senior leadership directing large-scale data center projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience negotiating multi-million-dollar colocation and leases.
• Ability to report to C-suite and manage matrixed teams.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the master execution strategy for a flagship data center deployment.
• Govern multi-million-dollar capital expenditure budgets.
• Oversee physical delivery of high-density facilities (power/cooling, Tier III/IV).
• Lead colocation RFIs, site acquisitions, and GC performance.
• Architect and execute migration blueprint, manage dependencies and risk.
