Care for the Elderly Foundation (Singapore) is seeking a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Executive to lead marketing and communications strategies to uplift visibility, brand identity and stakeholder engagement.

This role supports branding campaigns, producing collaterals, managing media relations, creating digital and social media content, and assisting events to ensure timely and impactful communications.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Executive leads marketing and communications strategies to uplift, increase and strengthen the Foundation's visibility, brand identity and engagement with stakeholders.

This role supports the Foundation in developing and implementing branding and communication campaigns, producing collaterals, managing media relations, creating digital and social media content, and supporting event planning and execution to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful communications.

This role also provides support on presentations, sponsorship initiatives, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to translate service priorities into clear and compelling messages. The role also supports relationship‑building with partners and media to strengthen the organisation's brand visibility, consistency and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Marketing and Communications
  • Draft, edit and coordinate the production of communication collaterals, including Annual Report, brochures, factsheets, presentations, speeches and talking points.
  • Develop content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website updates and maintenance, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Create and maintain key presentation decks and materials, referencing brand templates.
  • Create and curate content, copywriting and copyediting.
  • Ensure adherence to brand and corporate identity guidelines across all communications content and collaterals.
  • Partner Corporate Development Manager in developing and executing communication materials for fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support in post‑event communications and appreciation materials.
2. Social Media Marketing
  • Curate engaging content aligned with the Foundation's mission, brand and outreach objectives.
  • Promote campaigns, events and impact stories across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and track audience interactions, including comments and messages.
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
3. Media and Stakeholder Engagements
  • Spport in developing presentation materials media kits, press releases, and briefing notes.
  • Monitor media coverage and track publicity outcomes.
  • Support the Foundation in organising events and engagement.
  • Support media relations efforts, including drafting media pitches, press releases, and responses to media queries in consultation with the Head of Department and Executive Director.
4. Events Management
  • Plan, organise and execute events and drive engagements and attendance.
  • Prepare event admin programmes and notify key stakeholders.
  • Prepare fact sheets for internal and/or key stakeholders differentiating internal and external purposes.
  • Arrange logistics and ensure hospitality for guests are well planned.
  • Follow up with thank you messages, event photos and required information.
  • Event photos (first set informal) be curated and made available within 3 hours.
  • Event photos (curated formal sets) available within one week post event.
5. Other Duties
  • Undertake other duties and projects assigned to support the Foundation's priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Good writing, copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and content curation.
  • Proficient with basic design tools such as Canva.
  • Good coordination and organisational skills, with good attention to details and ability to multi‑task.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small but dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in a second language is an advantage to support outreach and engagement with Singapore's multicultural communities.

Work Schedule
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on operational and event needs.
