Job summary

We seek a capable program manager to support the planning, implementation and scaling of autonomous pavement equipment deployments in Singapore’s public parks. You will work with government agencies, service providers and vendors to translate requirements into practical technology solutions, conduct trials and drive operational transformation.

Responsibilities include coordinating APS infrastructure design, storage and charging, overseeing procurement and contracts, and conducting site

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience in procurement or vendor management is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee APS-enabling storage, charging and supporting infrastructure across selected parks.
• Manage procurement, funding, contract administration, project timelines and risks relating to APS infrastructure and deployment.
• Conduct site and feasibility assessments for suitable parks and infrastructure locations.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, service providers and vendors on project implementation and regulatory requirements.
• Plan APS deployment, testing and trials across parks, ensuring readiness and issue resolution.
• Develop and refine operations concepts, protocols and performance standards for APS deployment.
• Monitor project performance, analyze data and recommend improvements to infrastructure and processes.
• Prepare progress updates and coordinate supporting officers for project implementation.
• Support other related technology-enabled workstreams or projects.
