Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore is seeking a Managing Director to lead Deals Corporate Finance, guiding mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and restructurings from origination to closing, delivering innovative deal solutions for clients.

You will run pitches and engagements under Corporate Finance Partners, mentor teams in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and sharp analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience and success in Deal Origination, Deal Execution and Project Management.
• Dynamic leadership with the ability to inspire trust to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, takeovers, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance work.
• Independently run and deliver pitches and engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners.
• Work in a varied, challenging environment within a supportive, multi-cultural team.
