RHB Banking Group in Singapore seeks a Limits Monitoring Executive to join the Credit Operations team. You will perform daily limits monitoring, limit implementation, and loan static data maintenance across banking products.

You will collaborate with business units to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery while supporting digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and retail banking products.
• Knowledge of credit facility implementation, loan operations and limit monitoring.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Structure credit facilities in the loan system and perform limit implementation, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Perform loan static data maintenance accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to Business Units' requests within agreed service timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and strengthen Credit Operations relationships.
• Support process improvement and drive productivity and faster turnaround times.
• Participate in digitalization, STP initiatives and ensure SLA/TAT targets are met.
• Identify operational risks and recommend controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to Business Continuity Planning and risk coordination as required.

About The Role

You will work closely with Business Units and key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery while supporting the Bank's digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with Business Units and key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery while supporting the Bank's digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Structure credit facilities in the loan system and perform limit implementation, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
• Perform loan static data maintenance accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to Business Units' requests and enquiries within agreed service timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and strengthen partnerships between Credit Operations and Business Units.
• Support the development of a service-oriented culture and contribute to achieving team objectives.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLA) and turnaround times (TAT) are consistently met.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve turnaround times, and reduce operational errors.
• Identify operational risks and recommend controls to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Support audit, compliance, and control objectives to maintain strong operational governance.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), risk coordination, or data stewardship activities as required.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and competencies to keep pace with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in credit administration, credit operations, or related functions.
• Good understanding of commercial, corporate, and retail banking products.
• Familiarity with credit facility implementation, loan operations, and limit monitoring processes.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
