Job summary

OCBC is seeking a senior operations leader for Markets Operations in Singapore. You will anchor the Run pillar, delivering front-to-back transaction support, settlement, collateral, and post-trade services with a focus on resilience and scalable processes.

You will partner with Global Markets stakeholders and country operations to ensure BAU stability and growth. You will lead a specialist team, drive continuous improvement, and embed strong risk and control practices across all activities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in financial markets operations.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, technology, risk and control.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and process standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-to-back operational execution across Markets Operations, including transaction support, post-trade services, settlement, collateral, confirmations, brokerage and invoicing.
• Establish service standards, escalation protocols and performance metrics for transaction servicing teams.
• Drive resilience in high-volume, time-critical markets operations while ensuring BAU delivery supports growth and product expansion.
• Partner with Global Markets stakeholders to balance local requirements with global standards.
