• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant management or business leadership experience.

• Good financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple business functions and work with different stakeholders.
