Job summary

Tin Box Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a professional driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the Director, management, and authorised guests. The role requires punctuality, discretion and a strong focus on safety.

You will drive to meetings and events, plan efficient routes, maintain the vehicle, and handle ad-hoc errands. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required, with a professional appearance and good communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience, preferably as a personal/company driver.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and routes.
• Good driving record with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Punctual, responsible, reliable and well-presented.
• Able to work flexible hours and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience driving for senior management/directors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable driving services for the Director, management and authorised guests.
• Drive to and from meetings, business appointments, events and other locations as required.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations.
• Assist with transportation arrangements for guests, staff and business-related activities when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure efficient travel.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands and deliveries when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.
