Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Managing Director for a specialist contractor firm focused on data center construction in Singapore. You will lead overall business performance, strategic growth, project execution, and operational excellence across the region, strengthening client relationships and driving large-scale delivery.

You will shape strategy, manage bids and contracts, and ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives while expanding market presence and partnerships with investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project environments.
• Proven senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility and growth focus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Define and execute growth strategies, client relationships, and market positioning.
• Lead bids, contract negotiations, and key account management activities.
• Monitor performance, risk, and financial planning; drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee governance, contracts, and investment decisions to protect interests.
