Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in aerospace, preferably in MRO, technology development or project management roles.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Familiarity with the Singapore research ecosystem and public-private partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AERO PMO team to curate and launch projects.
• Engage and grow the aerospace ecosystem with industry stakeholders.
• Strategise aerospace R&D activities and drive capability development.
