Job summary

AD INTERIOR STUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an independent interior designer to manage projects from start to finish in Singapore. The role emphasizes creativity, detail, and professionalism, with hands-on involvement in design development and site supervision.

You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, prepare construction drawings, and oversee submissions. Basic training will be provided to help you adapt to our workflow and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year interior design experience.
• Basic training provided to adapt to design workflow.
• Site coordination and supervision training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to completion with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors; attend site meetings.
• Develop creative design solutions including space planning and layouts.
• Create construction and as-built drawings; manage submission documents.
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality control throughout the process.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and independent interior designer to join our team. You will be expected to manage projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism.

Job Scope Includes

1. Project & Client Management

• Handle projects independently from design to completion
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Attend site meetings and supervise on-site works
• Coordinate timelines to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

2. Design Responsibilities

• Develop creative and well-thought-out design solutions
• Responsible for space planning, layout design, and conceptual development
• Propose materials and color schemes; prepare sample boards
• Create construction drawings, as-built drawings, and manage submission documents
• Conduct site visits, audit checks, and ensure quality control throughout the process

3. Software & Technical Skills

• Proficient in at least two of the following: Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of 3D Max is a strong advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Provide design consultation and product knowledge to clients

4. Requirements & Training

• Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design experience
• Basic training will be provided to help you adapt to our design workflow
• Site basic training will also be provided to guide project coordination and supervision
