Job summary

NHG Diagnostics seeks an Executive, Business Development to drive corporate branding, craft stories for services and achievements, and manage marketing communications across platforms. Responsibilities include media coordination with the Group Corporate Communications, organizing events and roadshows, updating the corporate website, and creating collateral for campaigns.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in mass communications or related fields with 3–4 years of relevant healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience writing for publications or media in healthcare is a plus.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva to design marketing collateral.
• Experience updating website content and video editing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a passion for excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and meticulous with a flair for writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends for events/projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a communication plan to promote NHGD branding to the public and clients.
• Identify and craft stories for profiling NHGD's services on internal and external platforms.
• Create marketing campaigns and oversee design of collaterals, banners, posters, decals.
• Maintain and update the corporate website to keep content current.
• Coordinate with Group Corporate Communications on media matters to ensure NHGD representation.
• Organize corporate events, roadshows, and marketing outreach to raise profiles.
• Lead or participate in special projects and department initiatives.
• Willing to work weekends for events/projects.

job Responsibilities

Corporate Branding and communications

• Develop and drive a communication plan to promote NHGD corporate branding to the public and potential clients, partners and employees.
• Identify and craft impactful stories for profiling NHGD's services and achievements on its internal and external communications platforms such as NHGD website, Workplace@Facebook, yearbook, etc.
• Conceptualize and develop effective marketing communications campaigns to support business and community outreach needs, including overseeing the design and production of marketing collaterals, banners, posters, Mobile Fleet decals, etc.
• Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure all content is current and relevant.

Media

• Coordinate with the Group Corporate Communications department on any national, cluster, or joint media matters to ensure NHGD is appropriately represented.

Events

• Organize and support corporate events, roadshows, and marketing outreach to raise profiles and enhance corporate image.

Other Duties as Assigned

• Lead / participate in special assignments, cluster projects, and department initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields with at least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
  
• Prior experience in writing for publications or related media in healthcare settings will be a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva to design marketing collateral, posters, and social media content for campaigns and events.
• Experience in updating website content and editing video clips will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well ad in a team, with a passion for excellence
