Manage the Chairman's schedule, correspondence, meetings and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and business updates.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, leave, payroll and employee administration.
Oversee company records, office administration, vendors and service providers.
Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information and assigned business projects with discretion.
Diploma or higher, with at least five years of relevant EA, administration or office management experience.
Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with relevant stakeholders overseas.
Highly organised, resourceful and able to work independently.
Strong follow-through, judgment and confidentiality.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Direct involvement in business and management matters.
