Job summary

OneByZero is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to oversee portfolio-level client relationships, delivery governance, and commercial performance across enterprise accounts in Asia Pacific. You will shape long-term account strategy, drive large-scale AI transformation outcomes, and strengthen delivery capability region-wide.

You will set standards for governance and executive engagement, mentor senior delivery leaders, and lead strategic account growth.

Qualifications

• 14–25 years in consulting, SI, enterprise tech services, or AI delivery.
• At least 8 years in portfolio-level commercial ownership & governance leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple enterprise engagements in BFSI/telecom/insurance.
• Strong experience negotiating complex SOWs and executive-level commercials.

Responsibilities

• Hold portfolio-level accountability for delivery governance, commercial performance and account growth.
• Oversee forecasting, invoicing, collections, margins, and financial performance across accounts.
• Set commercial strategy for SOW negotiations and large-scale change requests.
• Guide delivery estimation practices and ensure scalability of commitments.
• Establish programme governance standards, milestone tracking, RAID, and executive reporting.
• Build executive relationships with client CDOs/CTOs/CIOs/COOs/CEOs and transformation leaders.
• Shape enterprise AI transformation strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Drive strategic account growth and multi-year account strategies across regions.
• Provide leadership to Senior Engagement Managers and cross-functional squads.
• Champion delivery excellence, reusable IP, and accountability across portfolios.
• Mentor and develop delivery leaders to raise delivery capability.
• Own client satisfaction and intervene on escalated matters.
