Job summary

NTU Singapore's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant Manager. The role focuses on managing the examination process and serving as a primary contact for examination matters to ensure integrity and timely delivery.

You will coordinate curriculum and examination activities, manage MES reports for BOE meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and support award processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration or program management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Experience in data analytics and workflow improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contributing as a key staff in the Curriculum and Examination Team on undergraduate assessment, examination and award matters.
• Managing examination mark processing and administer Mark Entry System (MES).
• Preparing reports for School Board of Examiners (BOE) meetings.
• Coordinating nominations and awards of academic medals and book prizes.
