Encore, a global event technologies company, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the venue team in Singapore. You will focus on understanding client needs and recommending solutions, driving revenue and ensuring exceptional service in both hybrid and in-person events.

This role requires a client-centric, proactive salesperson with experience in events and sales, capable of coordinating production, billing, and cross-venue communication to support growth and customer success.

• Prior experience in the events/sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
• Prepare client/production and weekly sales meetings.
• Administering weekly billing.
• Maintaining effective communication with Accounts Department, other venues and interstate offices.
