Job summary

Constellar is seeking a Sales Manager in Singapore to drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities while managing existing client relationships to maximize revenue and hit targets.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business needs and proposing tailored venue solutions that deliver value and exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with Marketing, Event Management Services and Operations is essential to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Venue/Events Sales with a proven track record.
• Experience in MICE, hospitality, events, exhibitions, or venue management is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-centric with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities while managing existing client relationships to maximise revenue and achieve targets.
• Serve as trusted advisor, understanding clients' business needs and proposing tailored venue solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Event Management Services and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales governance.
