  • Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximise profits via wedding, corporate and private events
  • Connect, cultivate and convert business leads as well as commercially sound sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Understand and concisely articulate the distinct concepts of the group’s respective restaurants to clients along with event decks and menus
  • Match client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group’s portfolio
  • Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organisers and external vendors from start to the end of events
  • Able to commit to flexible working hours.
