Job summary

MACRO EVENTS PTE LTD is seeking a Management Trainee fresh graduates with a passion for events. You will gain hands-on exposure to planning, creative conceptualisation, client servicing, business development and on-site event execution.

You will work alongside experienced event professionals and receive structured guidance and practical training while developing core skills in event management and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no full-time working experience required.
• Previous part-time event experience, internships or involvement in event organising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising and executing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and roadshows.
• Support the preparation of event proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative event concepts and ideas.
• Assist in client servicing, meetings and project coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and coordinate event requirements.
• Support project budgeting, cost management and event logistics planning.
• Coordinate event manpower, schedules, production requirements and on-site operations.
• Assist in event setup, rehearsals, execution and teardown.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure successful event delivery.
