Job summary

Triple Speciality Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Events & Partnerships Executive to support and grow our restaurant’s events, partnerships and wellness programming.

This role will focus on corporate events, private bookings, brand collaborations and wellness events, working with Operations and Marketing to bring ideas to execution.

This varied role offers opportunities to build strong relationships with clients and partners across corporate events, wellness programs and lifestyle experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events, hospitality, partnerships or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Confident with clients, brands and external partners.
• Commercially minded with interest in events and wellness.
• Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries for corporate events, private dining and group bookings.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations and packages.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies and event partners.
• Identify and develop new event and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate brand activations, collaborations and special events.
• Plan and manage wellness events such as classes, workshops and talks.
• Source and coordinate instructors, facilitators and wellness partners.
• Work with Marketing on event promotions and partner collaborations.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up with clients and partners to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain an events and partnerships calendar and sales pipeline.

We are looking for a proactive and personable Events & Partnerships Executive to support and grow our restaurant’s events, partnerships and wellness programming.

This role will focus on corporate events, private bookings, brand collaborations, partnership activations and wellness events. You will work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to bring events and collaborations from idea to execution.

• Manage enquiries for corporate events, private dining and group bookings.
