Job description

Our client is a Marketing Events company seeking an Events Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager with events logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event set-up and tear-down activities.
• Handle movement and transportation of heavy items.
• Manage inventory and stock within the company warehouse.
• Drive the company van for operational needs.
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend). Standard working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional late hours depending on event schedule.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (driving the company van is required).
• Comfortable with physical work and carrying heavy goods.
• Willing to work weekends and stay late when necessary.
• Open to Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners (work pass application supported).
