Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen eye for detail, etiquette, and grammar.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging written, graphic, and short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Draft catchy copy for social posts, newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
• Schedule daily content, engage with followers, monitor comments, and stay active in relevant online communities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer and audience inquiries across email, phone, live chat, and social media channels.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral audio/formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Track basic content performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) and help summarize weekly insights.
