Responsibilities

• Identifies F&B and catering opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
• Focuses on the hotel’s F&B outlets and Courtyard-related competition to position offerings effectively.
• Plan event demand periods, generate leads, and build a pipeline from new and existing clients.
• Understand target customers and service expectations to offer best options.
• Close opportunities based on market conditions and property needs.
• Qualify and reply to leads within the same day or within 24 hours with proposals.
• Develop new business opportunities and channels to grow the client base.
• Support and coordinate meetings and events for residential groups.
