Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Event) to support end-to-end event execution at our Kallang location. You will coordinate with internal teams, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth onsite operations and timely delivery of event materials.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a basic salary and growth opportunities through commissions and variable bonuses. Training will be provided and weekend/public holiday work may be required to match event schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in event coordination, event operations, logistics coordination, exhibitions, roadshows, or project support.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required by event schedules.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistics documents.
• Arrange venues, equipment, deliveries, setup, and teardown activities.
• Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams understand the event requirements.
• Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and post-event reporting.
