Job summary

HONG YE GROUP PTE. LTD. invites an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support social media management, events and business development. You will gain hands-on experience working with hospitality, travel and technology partners.

This role offers mentorship from experienced leaders, exposure to real projects and potential for future full-time employment based on performance. Location: Singapore; Internship duration: 3–6 months (flexible); allowance: competitive.

Qualifications

Diploma or undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, comments and customer feedback across various platforms.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and corporate events.
Liaise with vendors, venue operators and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist in creating marketing content, presentations and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and identify potential business or partnership opportunities.
Maintain marketing databases and prepare basic reports.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the management team.
