Foragers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Event PR & Organizer to work with the Restaurant Manager to develop standout events, build partnerships and attract the right crowd.

You will coordinate every event aspect and ensure smooth execution from concept to completion. You’ll support PR and promotions across social media, maintaining a positive brand image through community outreach and media relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, public relations or communications.
• Strong local network and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent organisation and time-management with multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop event concepts in line with restaurant’s goals and brand to build the crowd and event presence, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
• Event Coordination: Manage allevent elements and act as a key point of contact for all events from start to end, and be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and operations during events.
• Partnerships: Develop partnerships with various brands, artists another collaborators as needed.
• Public Relations: Collaborate with marketing on social media presence, promotions, and campaigns. Maintain a positive image of the company through media, community outreach, and customer relations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in event planning, public relations, communications or a related field
• A strong local network and the ability to build genuine, lasting relationships
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with social media and event-management tools
• Availability to support regular Friday and Saturday events, as well as occasional special events
