Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled automotive technician to provide on-site repair support and diagnostic guidance to dealer networks in Macpherson, Singapore.

The role offers office hours on a 5.25-day workweek and requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. You will diagnose and repair vehicles on-site, coordinate with workshop teams, and assist dealers with technical enquiries while contributing to the continuous improvement of aftersales service processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant field.
• Min 3 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical repair support and troubleshooting guidance to the dealership network.
• Perform on-site vehicle diagnosis and repairs while working closely with workshop teams.
• Handle repair enquiries with manufacturers, coordinate follow-ups, and provide technical coaching to workshop personnel.
• Monitor technical issues, maintain accurate service data, identify recurring faults, and support continuous improvement of aftersales service processes.
