Job summary

BYD Singapore is seeking an Account & Sales Support to assist the sales and finance teams with invoicing, payment processing, and order documentation. You will review DO/PO, support shipping, maintain accounting records, and ensure timely disbursement.

Fluency in Mandarin and English will help liaise with China HQ. A diploma in accounting or finance and at least two years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ colleague.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administrators support.
• Review, verify and process invoices.
• Handling DO, PO, Invoices and shipping advice.
• Support the sales and finance department to ensure success and smooth transaction.
• Manage and ensure accurate, and timely payment disbursement.
• Maintain proper accounting record and filling in accounting system.
• Support in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
