Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT professional to lead the EUSS contracted team across End Users' Computing functions in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service levels, and manage performance metrics.

The role requires strong coordination, vendor accountability, and the ability to drive improvements while meeting multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with End Users' Computing (EUC).
• Experience supervising teams delivering EUC services and support.
• Ability to track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across EUC functions (helpdesk, provisioning, asset management, software/patch deployment, access management).
• Monitor ticket queues and review resolution quality to ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate corrective actions when service standards are not met and drive issue resolution.
• Track team performance against KPIs and prepare regular management reports.

Job Description :

• oversee the day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across all EUC functions, including helpdesk support, device provisioning and asset management, software and patch deployment, and user account and access management.
• monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality, and ensure that incidents and service requests are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.
• where service standards are not met, the officer will work with the EUSS team to implement corrective actions and celebrate issues, as necessary.
• will also track the EUSS team's performance against agreed KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management's review.

Requirements :

• 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with End Users' Computing
• 2. The officer is required to :
• supervise the EUSS contracted team to ensure the deliverables are in accordance with the agreed scope of work andservice standards.
• be in charge of the overview and coordination work.
• have strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• command the ability to hold vendors accountable to their contractual obligations
