Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced EUC Operations Manager to lead the delivery of End User Computing (EUC) services across our client organization. You will oversee desktop support operations, endpoint management, and the end-user experience while guiding a team of desktop engineers.

Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager, onsite engineers, Service Desk, and cross-functional teams to achieve SLA and XLA targets, drive continuous service improvement, and ensure IT policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
• 8–10 years IT operations experience in end-user computing.
• 3+ years in team lead or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ desktop engineers and ensure incident resolution.
• Oversee desktop support, endpoint management, and end-user experience.
• Collaborate with SDM, onsite engineers, Service Desk and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure SLA and XLA targets are met and drive continuous service improvement.
• Plan manpower, scheduling, and shift coverage; manage vendor relationships.
