Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking an EUC Engineer to transform End-User Computing within the IT Infrastructure team. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver EUC projects using AI-driven tools, while administering Microsoft Entra, Intune and O365 and automating workflows for provisioning, patching, and compliance.

Responsibilities include device management, AI-powered troubleshooting, and creating detailed technical documentation.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an EUC Engineer or similar IT Infrastructure role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues and familiarity with Networking, VDI, AWS Cloud, and Information Security.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Entra, O365, and Intune.
Industry-recognized certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable; certifications in AI, ML, or automation frameworks (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, AWS ML, UiPath) are preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with internal clients.
Customer service mindset with focus on improving user experience through AI-driven and automated solutions.
Proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technologies, particularly in AI, automation, and EUC.

Mansioni

EUC Project Management and Delivery: collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage EUC projects on time and within budget.
