Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support APAC ETD trade operations, covering end-to-end trade matching, allocation and clearing across multiple markets. The role emphasizes timely processing and accuracy within a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will monitor trade errors, manage T+1 exceptions, and prepare MIS reports for risk monitoring and control. UAT and weekend testing experience is valued; Singaporean applicants only and shift/public holiday work

Responsibilities

• End-to-end trade matching, allocation and clearing across APAC ETD markets.
• Monitor errors, missing allocations and unaccepted trades with internal teams and brokers.
• Manage T+1 exceptions including suspense accounts and client queries.
• Prepare MIS reports for risk monitoring and control.
• Investigate system issues and coordinate IT outage escalations.
• Participate in UAT, system implementations and weekend exchange testing.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade matching, allocation and clearing activities across various APAC Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) markets, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing.
• Monitor and escape trading errors, missing allocations and unaccepted trades between internal teams and third-party clearing brokers.
• ManageT+1 exceptions, including suspense account monitoring, client queries and timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and ensure effective risk monitoring and operational control.
• Investigate system issues, coordinate IT outage escalations and perform root cause analysis to minimize client impact and prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations and weekend exchange testing, while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
