Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical/electronic, chemical, mechanical, materials science, physics, automation).
• At least 2 years of relevant semiconductor foundry experience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Good communication and time management abilities.
• Willing to commit to shift work; leadership in school activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities and lot handling.
• Maintain equipment capability for production and meet production demand.
• Engage with production line and process engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance.
• Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
• Evaluate new equipment/materials and retrofits of equipment for better efficiency and quality.
