Job summary

NTUC First Campus Co in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Estate Planning, Development & Management to lead the planning, development and oversight of estate and infrastructure projects. You will strengthen governance, cost control and internal controls across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with project teams, consultants and internal stakeholders to standardise processes, monitor performance and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant disciplines related to real estate, construction or project management.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, cost management and contract oversight.
• Strong numerical and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development and management of estate and infrastructure projects.
• Develop dashboards, trackers and management reports for governance.
• Monitor milestones, risks and performance against approved plans.
• Coordinate cost planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting for projects.
• Ensure governance, compliance and internal controls across initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to deliver projects.
• Drive standardisation of processes and data-driven improvements.
