• Cost analyses, life-cycle cost evaluations for development/maintenance.
• Project cost tracking: monitor spend, WIP, and variation orders.
• Tender scoping, evaluation, and contract administration.
• Lease management support: rent reviews and tenancy compliance.
• Internal controls design and audit readiness processes.
• Vendor performance tracking across suppliers and contractors.
