Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is sourcing a seasoned Project Manager (Project Delivery) to lead ERP implementations on the Microsoft Dynamics platform for global clients. The role combines client-facing leadership with hands-on project governance, ensuring successful delivery across multi-country deployments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years’ experience in ERP project delivery, formal certifications (Scrum/Prince2/PMI), and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end to end ERP projects for medium to large clients.
• Certified in a recognized project delivery method (Scrum/Prince2/PMI) preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Define project delivery approach and alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor, track, and report project progress to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Create and manage project communications plans.
• Develop and manage risk, quality, and change control plans.
• Oversee project constraints including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
