Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on functional experience in CRM.
• 5-6 end-to-end large scale implementations with D365 CE.
• Experience in delivery-oriented IT environment.
• Ability to drive conversations around Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and document workshops and requirement sessions.
• Work with teams to gather requirements and finalize deliverables.
• Lead solution design decisions and create documentation.
• Deliver high quality software solutions and services to clients.
• Support practice development activities including mentoring.
