Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect for a consulting/Big 4 environment. The role focuses on presales, architecture, and high-level solution design for multinational deployments, primarily in Malta, with hybrid work and a base salary in Euros.

The ideal candidate will lead delivery, mentor teams, and drive business development while engaging senior executives and stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

15+ years IT experience in end-to-end large-scale solutions.
7-8 full-scale Dynamics CE implementations and Power Platform
Experience architecting multi-region Dynamics deployments
Strong pre-sales and senior stakeholder engagement skills
Leadership and mentoring of offshore teams

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients.
Act as SME for technical and functional Dynamics platform solutions.
Architect and design digital transformation programs across multi-technology stacks.
Lead proposal development and support business development efforts.
Mentor junior staff and offshore team members.
Travel abroad as required; provide on-site support as needed.
